beyond funding
Eastend Ventures will be an active advisor to our portfolio companies and will maintain oversight via reporting and regularly scheduled meetings. Board seats may be sought or be required for significant follow-on and growth investments, or in support of companies where we believe a more active role in the investment would benefit the Fund and its Investors.
We will offer counsel to our founders and their leadership team on operations, commercialisation, technology, product development, growth and international expansion, recruitment, customer acquisition, marketing and exit strategies. We may also invite Investors in the Fund, Venture Partners or industry experts with relevant industry experience to provide these companies with advice.
At all stages, we will actively help facilitate introductions to customers, partners, new hires, later-stage financing and exit opportunities in Australia and overseas.
