What do you love about where you live?
Within a 20-minute drive, I can be up in the hills at a winery or brewery, taking the kids to amazing mountain bike tracks, shopping at the central markets, or exploring great local parks.
What are you currently pondering?
Ways that primary school kids and young teenagers can make money after school and weekends that can also benefit the elderly in our community to reduce loneliness.
What do you look for in a founding team?
Lived experience, personal motivation for the product/service they provide, openness with regards to the ways they’ve found the wrong outcome to get to the right one, diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
What does down-time look like?
Weekends are filled with watching my kids soccer and netball matches from the sidelines while trying to minimise my loud words of encouragement, trips to local pubs/wineries to catch up with friends, watching live bands, cruising in classic cars, and DIY on the house.
